This main floor renovation was a collaboration that created amazing results.
When it came time to update the kitchen, the client fell in love with a beautiful range by Lacanche, so we designed the kitchen around this gorgeous appliance. The kitchen features original fir trusses, posts, and a large island that provides the focal point for the room.
Other special design elements include the 2” thick stone countertop with its eye-catching waterfall edge, a breakfast station with bifold doors, appealing tile floors, and stunning ocean views from all parts of the space.
The new walk-in closet dramatically improved the main floor storage options. We removed a wall between the original closet and the adjacent room, and added full-height cabinetry around the perimeter with a center island custom-designed for the space. Three-way mirrors conceal shoe storage behind. The cabinets are illuminated with all-new LED strip lighting inside, while recessed pot lights brighten the space.
We updated the bathroom with a sleek, contemporary new vanity. To complete the look, we brought in wall-mounted faucets, a 7” apron front quartz countertop, and tall storage cabinets that flank the sinks.
